The awkward questions
What happens to my data if I stop paying?
It stays. You drop to the free plan, which keeps the counting, the waste log and the reorder list working. Everything you've ever put in can be downloaded as one file at any time, and you can delete the whole account yourself without asking us.
Why is the free plan actually free?
Because we'd rather be the thing you open every morning than the thing you trialled once. A shop that has counted its stock here every day for six months is a shop we've earned the right to sell something else to.
Per location — what counts as a location?
One address with its own stock. A second till in the same room isn't a second location; a second shop down the road is.
What's an AI action?
One thing you asked for: reading a menu off your website, pulling prices off a photo of an invoice, researching suppliers near you, or working out what to order from how fast you're going through it. Counting stock, logging waste and everything else is unlimited and always has been.
Do I need a particular till?
No. Square connects directly. Clover and Toast can upload a sales export today and will connect directly later. And if you're on something else entirely, a spreadsheet of sales works — the app reads any file with a date and an amount in it.
Is there a contract?
No. Monthly, cancel whenever. Paying yearly saves two months and is the only commitment we'll ask for.
