Shifts and people
Staff for the week you'll actually have.
Build the rota, sync it to everyone's calendar, and see what's happening nearby that will change your Saturday.
The problem
The rota is a photo of a whiteboard in a group chat. Somebody's double-booked across two sites, somebody else never saw the message, and nobody knew about the sold-out match up the road until the queue went out the door.
How it works
01
A week at a time
People down the side, days across the top, built around your actual opening hours. Click a cell to put someone on.
02
It knows who's free
Record when each person can work, and it warns you when a shift falls outside that — or clashes with one they already have at another of your sites. Warnings, not walls; real weeks need exceptions.
03
On everyone's phone
Connect a Google Calendar and shifts appear on it. Drag one to a different time there and it comes back here.
04
What's happening nearby
Once a week it researches real local events, games and weather that will change how busy you are, each with a line on what it means for staffing. Suggestions on your schedule — never written into your real calendar.
What it replaces
- A photo of a whiteboard in a group chat
- Finding out about the match on the day
- Two sites double-booking the same person

Compliance records
The record someone will ask for.
Fridge temperatures, opening checks, cleaning rotas — kept somewhere that can't be lost, and handed over as one file when an inspector asks.
Inventory management
Count it where it sits.
Every item wears a printed QR code. Scanning opens a one-tap update on whoever's phone is nearest — no app to install, no login to share, no clipboard to lose.
It's free to start.
Counting your stock costs nothing, for as long as you want it. Everything else is $39 a month, per location, with 21 days to decide.
